About Us

Compassionate Training. Trusted Guidance. Safer Communities.

Nursing Concepts Health & Safety Training was founded by a Registered Nurse with a passion for keeping children safe and helping childcare professionals feel confident in their role.

Our Story

Nursing Concepts was founded with a simple mission: to help childcare providers create safer, healthier environments for the children in their care.

Through years of nursing experience, we saw many childcare professionals struggling to balance training requirements, medication administration procedures, and licensing compliance while focusing on the children they serve. Nursing Concepts was created to provide practical training, trusted guidance, and ongoing support that helps programs stay prepared and confident.

Today, we proudly partner with childcare centers and organizations across Connecticut, providing health and safety training, consultation services, and compliance support that help protect children and strengthen communities.
